Grace Restored Counseling & Consulting, LLC offers supportive and therapeutic services in a faith-based context to empower and fortify individuals, families, and groups with various afflicting conditions. Through a range of services based on Christ-centered biblical standards, and restorative resources and support, we aim to support individuals and their families by educating and empowering them to use the word of God and natural/therapeutic skills/techniques to enhance their quality of life.
Counseling, consulting, and opportunities for professional and personal growth are some of the specific services offered (i.e., individual and group therapy, seminars, workshops, and training).

Christian Specks is an assistant professor of social work at the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM). She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Board-Approved Clinical Social Work Supervisor (BACS), and a Qualified School Social Worker (QSSW). Christian is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in education with an emphasis on P-20 special education for diverse learners and research on the complexities of neurodivergence for students transferring from secondary to post-secondary endeavors. She has over 19 years of experience in social work, focusing on marginalized groups and assisting individuals with special education needs and disabilities, as well as the impact of these needs and disabilities on schools, families, and personal relationships.
Christian is also the founder and owner of Grace Restored Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC. This faith-based private practice helps people with disabilities and behavioral health issues through individual and group counseling. Her personal, educational, and professional experiences, as well as her expertise as a school and faith-based social worker, provide her pupils and clients with a unique perspective. Christian’s prior skills, expertise, and perspectives enable her to guide individuals and families through the complexities of the special education evaluation process, as well as school-based and faith-based interventions, to provide diverse, inclusive, and equitable support in the field.

Our counseling and consultation services help provide solutions to emotional turmoil, improve communication and coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and promote behavior change and optimal mental health. We offer therapy to people with high incidence disabilities and counseling for the family and couples.
